In honor of Pro Bono Week this week, we thought we’d share some of the local projects we’ve been helping with around our community. While we didn’t provide any design services, we still thought we’d share how our volunteer time is spent helping the local community.
Over the summer and fall this year, we’ve been working with Habitat for Humanity Mid-Ohio to construct two homes in Columbus, OH.
Volunteering a few Saturdays each month, we’re hammering nails, installing plywood, insulation, vinyl siding, and finish carpentry to finish these homes before winter.
These two houses are located on the same street and have identical floor plans. They have 3 bedrooms and an ADA accessible bathroom.
(Pro Bono Week takes place each year during the last week of October to celebrate the pro bono ethic of professionals who use their skills and talents to make a positive difference in local and global communities around the world.)
